Villino Giliola is a classic Tuscan home. The master bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs in addition to a third bedroom or office. The guest bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor. Each bedroom has a new mattress and ample closet space.
The ground floor has an eat-in kitchen, living room with fireplace and formal dining room with an open and spacious floor plan.

The villa has all modern features. There is a new cooktop and oven, new dishwasher, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, 43" TV, Satellite internet, Lavazza espresso and cappuccino maker and two full bathrooms--one with a spa tub! There is a fireplace and outdoor Tuscan grill and wood-burning pizza oven.
Guests may park inside the locked gate or outside under the car port. The entire property is fenced/gated.
